It’s the contractor’s responsibility after signing the contract. The schedule should cover all project activities along with the a provisional items in logical sequence including start and end date .
Can you provide us with the Rate / Meter Square for the Skelton?
Our pricing policy in MIRAS NATIONAL based on providing the client with a price that reflects the actual project value after studying and reviewing all the documents such as architectural and structural drawing , B.O.Q and specifications the rate / m2 is not within our policy.
